Mr. Ali Gül, the founding attorney of our firm, is an alumnus of the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University. Commencing his professional journey in the legal department of an international corporation, he later affiliated himself with renowned law firms. In 2019, he established Konsorsiyum.

Mr. Gül’s practice predominantly revolves around areas pivotal to corporate entities, encompassing labor law, commercial law, personal data protection, advertising law, and intellectual property law. He provides services to corporate clientele in the architecting of their labor law frameworks, the establishment of performance management systems, conducting Personal Data Protection Law compliance projects, navigating unfair competition disputes, formulating brand and copyright accords, structuring e-commerce processes, ensuring the legality of advertising campaigns, and executing comprehensive risk assessments. Moreover, Mr. Gül has accrued substantial expertise in criminal law, administrative law, as well as litigation and dispute resolution.

He is proficient in the English language and has the companionship of a feline named İsmet.

Ms. Zeynep Nur Çivicik graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and completed her master’s degree at Istanbul Bilgi University. She held various positions at multinational companies including Sabancı Holding, Doğan Media Group, Avon, JTI, Martı Technologies, and Insider, where she led internal teams in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, investment law, and startup structuring, contributing to the unicorn journeys of numerous ventures. Since 2021, she has practiced as an independent attorney, bringing her accumulated expertise directly to her clients.

Her practice is primarily focused on corporate and investment law, regulatory compliance, legal strategy, corporate relations, and media law, providing strategic legal support especially to companies seeking international expansion and to startups aiming to enter the Turkish market.

Zeynep is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and a certified mediator, as well as a member of the Union of European Lawyers and Istanbul Blockchain Women. She is fluent in English.

Mr. Hasan Çakan, the Managing Attorney at Konsorsiyum, holds a degree from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University and Master’s degree in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. Initiating his professional tenure in the legal department of a multinational corporation, Mr. Çakan has been a significant asset to Konsorsiyum since 2019. Since his affiliation, he has been rendering legal services to a myriad of entities, including multinational and domestic corporations, associations, and foundations.

Mr. Çakan predominantly centers his practice around contract law, intellectual property law, advertising law, consumer/e-commerce law, and competition law. He exhibits significant acumen in the drafting of commercial contracts and overseeing contractual negotiations, the management of rights related to artistic and intellectual works, and disputes arising therefrom. Furthermore, he adeptly handles the scrutiny of advertisements in the cosmetics, food, and health sectors, oversees administrative litigation processes, manages projects ensuring compliance with competition and e-commerce law, and has experience in disputes stemming from consumer law, specifically off-premises/direct sales regulations, as well as those arising from commercial contracts.

He spent a term of his postgraduate program at Universität zu Köln. He is proficient in the English language. In 2025, he published his book titled Competition Law Issues in Labor Markets.

Dr. Deniz Okuyucu graduated with honors from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2010, having spent a year of her undergraduate studies at the University of Vienna. In 2013, she completed her master’s degree in Commercial and Corporate Law at Queen Mary University of London, where her thesis, “Country Assessment: Turkey – Corporate Governance, Stock Exchanges, and the Role of Law,” was published in BATIDER; she also conducted a research project comparing the legal systems of universities around the world. Her doctoral studies at Istanbul University focused on the social responsibility of joint-stock companies. Working at leading law firms in Istanbul since 2011, Deniz has specialized in investment processes, corporate and commercial matters, contract law, logistics and transport law, and insurance law.

Having taken part in numerous mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, startup, and investment projects, and advising domestic and foreign clients operating in the aviation, transportation, maritime, and insurance sectors, Deniz brings to her practice the academic perspective reinforced by her master’s and doctoral studies. She is fluent in English.

Ms. Buse Yüceer is an alumna of Marmara University’s Faculty of Law. As of 2019, she commenced her professional journey with Konsorsiyum. From her inception into the professional world to date, she has provided legal consultancy services to numerous institutions and individuals, prominently including multinational corporations and associations.

Ms. Yüceer’s professional endeavors majorly span areas that multinational corporations require, such as commercial law, corporate law, contract law, labor law, and personal data protection law. Specifically, she focuses on monitoring and executing companies’ general assembly processes, reviewing and drafting contracts, especially liability clauses, formulating company policies, overseeing compliance initiatives related to personal data protection legislation and preparing necessary documentation, managing employee termination processes, handling permit applications for private employment agencies and temporary work relations, and ensuring compliance with related regulations. Moreover, she manages the establishment of associations receiving foreign aid and the necessary notifications, as well as preparations for association audits.

Buse is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. She is proficient in the English language.

Mr. Enes Duran resided in Izmir until his university years and graduated from Bornova Anatolian High School’s German department. In the autumn of 2019, while his undergraduate studies were ongoing, he joined Konsorsiyum, marking the onset of his career in the legal sector. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University.

Mr. Duran is responsible for conducting Konsorsiyum’s litigation processes and predominantly provides legal support to individuals and civil society organizations. While working across various domains of law, he focuses extensively on aspects of procedural law related to these areas. His expertise primarily lies in intellectual property law, criminal law, administrative law, and commercial law. Within this scope, Mr. Duran offers services such as brand research, consultancy related to brand agreements and disputes, investigation of white-collar crimes, managing litigation processes, and shaping and executing administrative and commercial litigation strategies.

Mr. Duran is proficient in English, has a basic command of Spanish, and can read advanced-level Ottoman texts.

Ms. Burcu Kulotu is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law. She joined the Konsorsiyum team after gaining experience at various law firms and in the legal departments of corporate companies.

She primarily works in the fields of contract law, data security and personal data protection, intellectual property law, and litigation. Burcu provides legal support across a wide range of matters, from drafting and negotiating contracts, to compliance with data security and personal data protection legislation, to the establishment and protection of intellectual property rights, and the management of clients’ litigation and enforcement proceedings.

Mr. Sercan Dolanbay is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He began his professional career as an independent attorney, during which he obtained his trademark attorney license and has since provided services in this field to national and international clients.

He primarily works on trademark law processes and disputes, with broad expertise ranging from the preparation of trademark registration applications to the management of opposition and dispute proceedings. In addition, he provides support in corporate law matters and in clients’ litigation proceedings.
